Fedora 7 has reached "end of life" (see this) and is therefore no longer supported. You should upgrade to a newer, supported version of Fedora (12 appears to be the latest). As for installing Ambulant Player, first check if Fedora provides a package for it. If not, then it seems you'll have to get the source code from www.ambulant.org and read the instructions that can also be found on the same site (http://www.ambulantplayer.org/Download200s.shtml).
