How do I install the Aironet Client Ultility program???

I am new to linux I am using suse 9.1 it has everything I need already installed. I am wanting to add some new programs and can't figure it out. Mainly I am trying to install Cisco aironet client utility. Thanks in advance for your help

It is a tar.gz file
