Hi,

Click on "Go Advanced" and with the advanced edit controls you'll see the paperclip icon allowing you to add and manage attachments.

Although be warned, max file size for attachments is EXTREMELY low compared to modern image filesizes. It's probably easier to upload to a imagehosting service and just link here.
