how do I edit RT_siteconfig.pm

Thanks to a post by oneelf I was finally able to get MySQL upgraded to 4.1 and RT is running on my test box now.

My only question is what do I use to edit the RT_siteconfig.pm file?

Doh, I feel real smart... it evidently created a blank RT_siteconfig.pm file and there is a step to copy another file to overwrite it. So I thought I was doing something wrong when I opened the file and it was empty.
