Both thunar and smbtree will only show shares that are browseable. No shares are displayed for OFFICEK in the posted smbtree output. In addition smbtree will show printers only if they are shared by a PC. Make sure the Windows shared folders are not in a homegroup.

The router does not show any browseable shares either.

avahi-browse is tool that will search for all available service types including printers which should be installed.

avahi-browse -at
