How do I change premission?

I just added the folder /usr/share/icons/TuxnTosh/
Now I want the premission on the folder and all the files in it to be 755, how would I do that?

I'm not able to use these icons on my account except I change the premission right? Since the owner is root.

As root
chmod -R 755 /usr/share/icons/TuxnTosh/

Hi!

To change permission, use:
chmod 755 <filename or directory>
