how do I boot back to linux?

Hi

Just curious, how do I boot back to RedHat Linux if I set default=1,(which is windows xp) and timeout=0 in grub.conf?

Thanks!

If your not quick enough to select linux from the menu...

Well if you didn't create an emergency boot floppy during the install then boot up the rescue mode from the 1st install CD.

The root partition is mounted at /mnt/sysimage. Edit the grub.conf file using one of the text editors like vi.

Reboot computer.

If you want to create a boot floppy disk, the command is:
mkbootdisk <kernel_name>

See man pages for more info on mkbootdisk.
