How can I use my photos as Wallpaper in Linux Mint 14 KDE?

How can I Use My Wallpaper on Linux Mint 14 KDE 32bit? Not being able to right click a photo to wallpaper for your desktop is nice. I can add to the Library that desktop uses. But where is it? I would just like to be able to hack my photos in, or convert or????

Thanks, I now have control of that as well.
As I was downloading/installing the Plasma Widget I consulted my "KDE Practical" manual copyright 2000. I found out what format was accepted and the File to move them to and did that before the install was complete. I'm cookin.
I'll still play with the widget and have fun.
Thanks
