How can i see my C++ output for a long time which is executed with Geany?

i use slacko64 puppy linux,
in Geany, wrote

Ļ#include <iostream>

int main( )
{
std::cout << "Hello, World!\n" << std::endl;
return 0;

and save as HelloW.cpp
done ==> set filetype>programming languages>C++ source file
done> compile
done> build
done> execute
When execute, i canīt see my output for a long time. i canīt even see it. it just flashed.
how can i see it properly?

try to execute your app from a terminal, not from Geany. It opens a terminal, executes your code and finally closes the window.
