Talking how can i run bin fles on vector linux


when i try to run a *.bin file on vector linux i get a permission denied message,i get the message even when i try to run it as root.is there any way i could run *.bin files in vector linux,

The file needs executable permissions set. You can do this with "chmod +x filename". Read the man page for chmod ("man chmod") for info about permissions.
