How can I open Konsole without mouse?

I accidentally disabled my mouse in my last session. I think I know how this happened, but how can I open Konsole without a mouse to fix this?

alt + f1 will open the K menu then use the arrow keys to navigate to System and Konsole should be in there.

I dont know about the other versions, but on the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4 (Tikanga)" version,
CTRL + O (letter o as in owl) opens a konsole window. Hope this is what you are looking for !
