How can i obtain root previleges on fedora10

I have installed fedora10 on my system.
I have given root pasword before the installation, and also normal user password after installation.
I am not able to login a root user, but can login as normaluser.

I tried " chmod -u - root"
It have given reply as "chmod:no changes"
What to do now?

Change root password

Aloha,
Boot into Single User Mode and change the root password. Here is a link that explains it for debian/ubuntu...

Hope that helped.
