For some reason RH don't include NTFS kernel drivers. There is a package called ntfsprogs which I believe includes ntfsmount which should get you where you want to be.

You can get this from epel (see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL)

You can also try ntfs-3g for read/write access, it may be available in RH repositories.

I couldn't see that in the common ones (it's around for Fedora)
