how can I mount my fat32 partition from redhat 8?

recently I installer mandrake 9.0 with dual boot in my job and red hat 8 with dual boot in my home, I saw that in mandrake exists the directory mnt/windows mnt/cd-rom mnt/floppy, so when I do double click in windows i access to my win98 partition easily, but in red hat this "shortcut" doesn´t exist, how can I create this shortcut in red hat 8?

Right click in KDE or whatever windows manager you are using, a menu should pop up, go to create new -> hard disc.. I know KDE has it, not sure about other windows managers.
