How can I give rights for using Floppy Drive to other users?
 
I am having Red Hat Linux 10. The problem is that users other than the root are not able to mount floppy and to enter the NTFS partition of WinXP. Could anybody help please?

when redhat 10 relaised? :)
check /etc/fstab file.

my fstab is here:
[root@linux root]# cat /etc/fstab
LABEL=/ / ext3 defaults 1 1
LABEL=/boot /boot ext3 defaults 1 2
none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
/dev/hda3 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner,kudzu 0 0

Add your users to the floppy group. If you have one that is.
