How can I get my ADSL modem working in Linux?

Hi, I dont think there are any official Linux drivers for my card.
I downloaded Knoppix yesterday (boots and runs entirely from the cd) just to see what Linux is like, but couldnt work out how to get online.
I want to download and install a proper version but if theres no way I can get online then I'm not going to bother, anyone who knows a bit about Linux got any ideas?
I would post the link to my card but apparently you need 5 posts to do that
if you go to solwise.co.uk
and look under adsl products and pci its there

This is the card I use, I'm starting to think theres no way it will work because on that same page, they make a big point of saying that the other card mentioned DOES support it.

I also need it to work in PPPoA

There was no website there to load. If you tell us what card you are using, maybe we can help.

Ted.
