How can i download mint without a disk?
Ok i have ubuntu and my internet broadband wont pick up on it, so i thought maybe to try another one, but non of the others are like Ubuntu where u can download WUBI and install and thats it...
On the wubi i even tried installing kubuntu instead and after waiting a hour for it to install at the end it gives me some error so i have to unistall the whole thing.. So is there any easy 1.2.3 way to download another version? That will pick up verizon broadband? 4g? i have this version 4G USB Modems & 4G Internet: 4G LTE Modems .. if u look at it on google maybe u will understand it more.. iv tried several times to edit ubuntu connection and add verizon and when it comes to user name and password i have no idea what to put.. I never have to put any password or username i just hit connect.. So help on eaither is great.. |

You could always contact you ISP for help on what to put in the password and username areas.

You can make a number of distro's use wubi.
You can do a real dual boot. Can consider a virtual machine that uses windows to use the driver for wireless and the vm thinks nothing of it and uses it like a nic. Can let us try to assist in finding out what is wrong with this issue. You can make a usb flash drive install. A cheap 16G would be fine usually. Some of the laptops have a memory card that might be used. |
