Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

Google is your friend in your search:
Download RedHat

Or you could also 'look' at the page you're watching right now (LinuxQuestions). On the right there's box with the title Main Menu. One of the links in that box is 'Download Linux'. Click on that and you'll find RedHat too.

Hope that helps.

Kind regards,

Eric

Its true that if you want to be able to keep RHEL up to date, you are going to have to buy a subscription from them; this includes updates & support.
If you want a free version, use Centos (free copy of RHEL). Note you don't get email/phone support from them, but you will get updates.
Latest version is 5.4
