how can i display utf8 format in text area
Hi me again... i have a problem that i want answers come from your help... my problem is how to display utf8 format in text area...?
This is the situations: I have a form that have a browse button, convert to ASCII button, cancel button and text area... all i have to do is...? when i click the browse button and choose a folder that have a utf8.txt the file that have utf8 will appear or display into the text area... what i can i do to make this..? im using php.. hope that you will help me... thanks for the reply.. |

Thanks for the info. but i didn't understand yet... the link that they gave of "jdkaye" is how to convert file into utf8. but my problem is how to output the utf8 format on the text area... because my tool that i make is not for converting utf8 file. but converting utf8 file to ASCII format.

I'll give a hint. Look for a library with the same name as the Linux command that converts text.
