How can I connect my Nokia N72 mobile to fedora 10 pc???
Hi,I've installed fedora 10 few days ago....found that i cud do everythin in linux as in windows...Pls someone tell me how i cud connect my nokia N72 to fedora 10...like nokia pc suite in windows...shud be able tranfer data to and from mobile phone....I've searched in google...cudn't find an answer??????

Have you tried connecting it? Most phones when connected show up as a storage device. If it's software you're after here's two: Gnokii & Kmobiletools.

I have connected it but it is not shown as storage device....I tried connecting a pendrive and it is detected automatically...no probs...I don't know whats the problem over here...I'm using nokia cable-CA-53.....I've seen somewhere using commands to detect usb ports...Nyway thanks for ur reply

when you connected the cable to the phone and to the PC, did you choose "Mass Storage mode" form N72?

Hi, There is no need of selecting mass storage mode in nokia n72(there ain't nythin like that)...usually i get it connected automatically in windows xp.... I have a 'nokia phone browser' folder in 'MyComputer' of windows xp which i think got installed with the nokia pc suite....i just hv to open it to see the contents....
