how can i activate my wireless driver atheros plz hlp me>?
I installed DSLinux on my pendrive and I tried to browse websites, but I found out that my installation has no any network interfaces that would be responsible for Internet connection. When I type "ifconfig" I'm getting only one interface "lo" which is obviously 127.0.0.1 loopback interface. I have no any eth0 interface or any other and unfortunatelly I have no idea how to make one. I'm using my Linksys router which allows me to connect to Internet via wireless lan or ethernet lan. Everything works on my Fedora Core 7, but it doesn't want to work on DSL. Would anyone please help me resolve this problem?

You don't say what kind of wireless adapter you're using, or what kind of machine, so it's hard to help.
Since it works under Fedora, but not under DSL, it would seem to me like the modules and/or wireless support, aren't in your DSL installation. |
Atheros cards typically use the madwifi driver.. did you try searching Google for "DSL madwifi" ?
