How can get correct gcc tune options on my SoC?

Dear Sir.

My SoC is Atmel SAMA5D4 series. This SoC is based on cortex-a5.

This time, I try to find the correct tune option for GCC compiler.

But I don't have a idea for tune.

How can get the correct tune option for each SoCs?

Thank you.

You might try Google or another search engine. I found this by searching for "atmel sama5d4 gcc option": http://www.atmel.com/webdoc/atmelstu...erOptions.html

most of the time autotools and gcc are very good at setting default system settings for the CPU

most of the time there is NO need to manually change anything

Are you trying to compile natively on the ARM, or cross-compile from another machine?
