If you have a DVD writer then write that ISO to a DVD and boot using that DVD and follow instructions.

If you dont have a DVD writer, and you want to install directly from ISO from say a hard-disk then you should google for instructions. If you face a problem then come back here with question(s).

For example Fedora documentation has detailed installation guide.

are you going to install it on physical server or any other virtual server?
if physical server burn it on cd/dvd and boot the machine, there is GUI for most of the linux dirstro
