How 2 install individual rpm packs?

Thatīs all;... I need 2 install a lib contained into an rpm but not the other ones (packages) īcause of conflicts

I think you need to clarify your question, I'm not following what you're asking.

oki I wasnīt explicit;
I got the rpm
Ex. libx.12.243245.i586.rpm (this is just a box)
if I would open the box I would find:
and so on,
...but wat if I just need, but The archive /etc/src/jcc.3.3.5 causes conflicts with other installed programs?
thatīs what I mean, how 2 unpackage the filoes contained in an RPM to useīem as I wish ---i.e. RPM and .tar are the same thing---
