hostap drivers

Hi all

System info :
Redhat 9.0
kernal 2.4.20-30.9

I have installed it using rpm, I believe I also have kernel development rpm installed (how to check?).

I want to install hostap drivers. The readme states that you can either use kernel pcmcia or an external pcmcia-cs. So I try installing pcmcia-cs-3.2.7. Well its readme says that if the CONFIG_PCMCIA flag is set in the kernal then the new pcmcia drivers wont be installed (now the utilities).

So how to change the CONFIG_PCMCIA flag so that I can use the new pcmcia drivers?

If I try to install the hostap with kernal pcmcia (by omiting the PCMCIA_PATH) then an error comes saying that "No kernal pcmcia support" and a second one "CONFIG_NET_RADIO not eabled in kernel"

Please help. Thanks.
