PPP is your HOST's IP address that connects to the internet.

VMnet1 is a virtual network adapter configured as host only. This is used for VMs to connect to each other and the host but generally not accessible to the outside world.

Vmnet8 is a virtual network adapter configured as NAT (Network Address Translation). Used for VMs to access the outside world. This is similar to how a basic hardware router functions.

IPv4 is how most computers communicate on the internet.

So which host IP you want depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

I tried to ping linux machine ip with windows machibe ip
I do not find my windows machine ip.

Where can get it ? (i regret to ask a silly question)
But i cannot find out windows machine ip.

Can you ping 192.168.117.1 from your linux vm?
