Host a web server from local PC via VPN?

Hi,

I had a XEN VPS running CentOS and PPTPD with /28 IP range and it assigned public IPs to clients that connected to the VPN. It worked like a charm, so when a client connected to a VPN his PC gets exposed to Internet and all services were accessible trough Internet.

Now I don't have that VPS I have a OpenVZ VPS with two public IPs, and I wanted to make my local pc running apache available to the internet via my second VPS IP that I don't use.

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS and tried to setup PPTPD on the second IP but couldn't manage to do that. Only one client my local PC running Debian needs to connect to the VPN and get the other public IP of the VPS.

How can I do that, and if it's possible can I get some instructions?

Thanks in advance!
