[SOLVED] honeyd installation

im trying to install onto ubuntu 10.04 the honeyd but i take these errors:

Can't you install it through your package manager?

From the command line: apt-get install honeyd

May i ask you sth?

when i type :rpm -ql honeyd

error: cannot open Name index using db3 - No such file or directory (2)
package honeyd is not installed

why it says that isnt installed?
