I have a lan at home and my kids are surfing all night long and thats a problem...

well i think my mk9.1 server can fix it but i dont know how..
Am I able to 'switch off' a users internet connection a specific time and 'switch it on' again in the morning every day? And how do I do it, whith wath programs?
They run w98/xp and i have dhcpserver.
