Home button starts Browser !!

Hello,

SuSe 9.1. Newish install.

Can't understand how this happened but if I click on the home icon the browser suddenly starts and not my home window which it certainly used to.

I know it must be simple but I can't find it

Alan

If you're talking about konqueror, its just a matter of profile. Go to Settings > Load view Profile > filemanagement.
It should now load your home.

Thanks for that but I've tried that and all it does is open Konqueror at the start page. I've also unchecked a start url ..... completely confused .....

So now If I start Konqueror it startswith nothing and if I click the home button it starts with the old start URL

in Konqueror, try going to Settings>Configure Konqueror
in the "home URL" box just type ~
should set it to your home directory
