Ho do I connect Linux release 11 to a printer shared on a Windows XP machine?
 

Guys am trying out Linux for the first time but I got some minor challenges. First is connecting to a shared printer on a XP machine. Secondly whenever I minimize applications they do not appear on the task bar. Third Ho do I add more desktops/ workspace?

Linux release 11 of what? That's another way of asking which specific distro you are using.
