HMIPv6 patch for ns2.33


is there a HMIPV6 patch for ns2.33 ?

Tcl with cc file

I wrote a tcl file for a handover scheme .I want to integrate the tcl file with the existing mipv6.cc code in ns2.33.How can I do this ?

? Is it about this "MIPv6 patch for NS-2 2.33" :

Then all the mipv6.cc functions are compiled into the binary 'ns', when you do
1) tar xvf ns-allinone-2.33.tar.gz
2) patch -p0 < ns-2.33-mobiwan-an-110617.patch
3) cd ns-allinone-2.33/
4) ./install

#4 Integrate tcl with cc in mipv6

I have already done the mipv6 patch.and simple-mipv6.tcl file is running.I want to integrate a tcl file I wrote with the existing cc code.
