Smile hlp " how do i install pidgin"

i downloaded pidgin, yet im not allowed to use it only files open and it ask for an app to opn it...

Hi Bikash,

Pls ask your question completely so that we give you exact solution. Like where is
the problem and what steps you can follow to resolve it.

1)Which OS you are using?
2)How you want to open the file?
3)Its a GUI based or Console based?
