error in Linux Operating System
What command did you use to get this error?
What kind of error?
What were you trying to achieve (what do you want)?
The error mentions tcl and tk.

The make file has not been configured.

if it's a kernel run
Code:
make configure
If it's a program, cd to the dir then run configure...
check the readme file for tips,
usually in the middle of the page.
Code:
cd /path/to/program/source/code
configure
the run make and sudo to make install.

HTH, Glenn
