hi pings freezing issue

Hi I'm having problem with my htpc running xubuntu. It was working ok but suddenly it freezes after 5min and all other computers on that network have problem with ping (more then 500ms) when machine is off ping is less then 30ms.
I have tried to update/upgrade fix broken packages but the issue is still the same any suggestions ?

Use tcpdump/wireshark from another system to see what's going on to mess up your network.
