The best way to learn is to start using it and search or ask questions when you run into problems. Do you know what distribution of Linux these servers are running?

You can start here.

how to learn server implementation ?

I think CentOS/RHEL are the best distributions for server implementation. very good
resources are available at
http://www.redhat.com/docs

the Linux Documentation Project is outdated and complex .There are many easier books/tutorials.

Which distro?

You have to pick a distro to get started. RHEL/CentOS was recommended above. Debian is also good for servers and was voted LQ 2012 Member Choice Server Distribution of the Year here on this site.

You have to choose a distribution first then read about it along with reading about linux in general
if your are to use linux in a server environment then Fedora or CentOS will be a suitable option
You have to familiarize yourself with the Command Line/Shell and system administration
I recommend some propietary books:

Linux-Bible-Christopher

Linux-All--Dummies-Emmett-Dulaney

Linux-Administration-Beginners-Network-Library

Fedora-16-Desktop-Applications-Administration

Linux-Command-Line-Complete-Introduction

If you go the CentOS way, there's lots of information from Red Hat: see

https://www.redhat.com/support/resou...nux_intro.html
and the links on that page

http://www.centos.org/docs/5/

Step1: Quit referring to yourself as a "user".
Step2: Be prepared to read, a lot.
Step3: Know when you don't know something, but don't let it de-rail you.

admin linux server
doesn't really tell us much about what functions, roles, or routines you are faced with.

Linux follows some pretty established methods to get stuff done. Most of it will be determined by what skills you now possess, or what skills you do not possess when faced with how to ask for help.

You have any Linux skills?
I'd be reading these sub-forums on a regular basis:
Linux - Networking
Linux - Server
Linux - Security
Programming

Good Luck.

As above, pick a distro and start playing with it. You'll find this useful http://rute.2038bug.com/index.html.gz
