Hey, I am a newbie to linux, pls help
 
Hi guyz,
I am new to linux pls help me to suggest few good links or pdf which may help me to learn linux in a very effective and interesting manner however I got to know its difficult to learn it but I am eager to learn it and for that require a good guidance from the expertise of the subject.

It would help to know what you want to learn about Linux. How to write programs for it? How to get involved with building and modifying a kernel? How to just use it and be capable to deal with software installs and similar topics so that you can manage your own personal system? Or how to configure and support systems/servers, ala IT based knowledge?
