Grub rescue>

I have looked at numerouss forums and .numerous threads and videos and I just dont know what to do. I have tried numerous commands tht ive seen in other threads.and many of which I receive unknown command
All tht seems to work is "set" in which I get

Grub rescue> set
Prefix=(hd0,msdos3)/boot/grub
Root=hd0,msdos3

I deleted ubuntu off my.pc and extended the win7 volume to the space ubuntu was on. Someone please help so that I can. Boot into win7. And use my pc properly. Bte have no u ubuntu live cd nor a Windows cd of any kind.nor usb. I eed help while still keeping my win7 intact and not deleting it.

well grub is the linux bootloader

It is not the Microsoft bootloader

you did make a "rescue " disk of windows 7 ( like you were instructed to on the very first boot of windows7
or do you have a real Windows 7 install dvd

reboot with the rescue dvd you made ( or the install dvd )
and fix the mbr

--- install dvd ---

you can try to reinstall grub
but there is no guarantee it will work
you have a ubuntu disk
see:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=224351

seeing as you deleted the ubuntu partition

your best bet is to call Microsoft on the phone
and have them mail you a install dvd
"windows 7 service pack 1 "
