Help with tc and htb

Has anybody done any traffic shaping in Linux with tc and htb that can help me out.

I would like to assign bandwidth to some users in my network depending on what services they're using. For example I would like to set 75kbps download to those users using p2p programs, 256kbps for www and so on.

Please help.
