Help with running Kismet with Backtrack2?

I am having trouble getting Kismet to start running to detect network connections with Backtrack 2. I type in kismet and this is what I get

Server options: None
Client options: None
Starting Server........
Waiting for server to start before UI..
SUID priv-dropping disabled. This may not be secured.
No specific sources given to be enabled, all will be enabled.
Enabling channel hopping.
Enabling channel Splitting.
FATAL: No pack sources were enabled. Make sure that if you use an enable source line that you specify the correct sources.

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this? A reply would be appreciated, thank you

Kismet not running correctly

I type in kismet to run and it doesn't seem to be scanning for any networks. What is wrong here?
