Angry Help with RHL 9.0 Installation

PLEASE HELP ME! I get an error message when I try to install RH 9.0 on my CPU. I bought it at the store with this big book. It came with 2 cds. The message comes up before the installation starts. It says:

104k init, ok high mem
Unable to handle kernal paging request at Virtual Address c0000000(Unable...c0000000 is all on one line.) Then there is a bunch of mumbo-jumbo. Then:
Kernal panic: attempted to kill the idle task
In idle task-not syncing

So what do I do? If it helps the cd's came with the book titled, "Red Hat Linux 9". It is written by a company called Wrox? So someone please help me. I really want to get it running. Thank you.

a lot of kernels just aren't compatible with a lot of machines.
there are several boot parameters you can pass to the bootloader
to try. some disable power management or limit ram access.
you might go to the redhat site, and try to get alternate boot disk
sets. there may be others on that cdrom.
