Question help with Mandrake 7.2 complete install


I bought this and on the box it said that it is graphical but when I installed it and boot into linux, its all text. What should I do?

Cool, that was my first "bought" distro. It was only the download edition, but hey, I paid for it

It is graphical, it just starts you out in text, then from there you have to get into graphic mode. Ok, so first off, Welcome to LQ

Now, log in as either root, or a user you setup during the install. Once logged in type:
startx

This will go graphical for ya, from there, it's all bread and butter

I tried putting in startx but it didn't start. I got and error message saying

Fatal sever error:
no screens found

I also saw that it looks like it is trying to run a CIRRUS card but I have a Diamond StealthII S220. I went to a couple other questions that where similar to mine and the people wanted the person to put up the XF86Config file, so I copyed it:
