Help with installing programs
 

Ok i downloaded LimeWire and AOL instant messenger for Linux and I can figure out how to install them I guess..they downloaded to my home directory in KDE and Gnome and it says that Lime wire is too big for Nautalis to run..so how do i make ot so it wont run in nautalis..also just give me a breif on how to install programs thanks
