Help with getting Mobo/PCI Working

Hi, I just installed Red Hat 8.0 on two comps. It installed fine onto a PII-266, but I'm having problems with a newer machine. It is an Athalon on an Asus A7S333 mobo. My problem is with the PCI slots and the on board audio. It can find the audio, (under "System Setiings --> "Detect Soundcard") It lists "Audio C-Media Electronics, Model CM8738, Module Disabled"

The other problem is it doesn't recognize any of my PCI cards. I've got a D-Link NIC and a modem (not too worried about the modem, but kinda need the NIC Any help with either of these problems would be great. TIA

Could you try 'cat /proc/pci' from console? It should lista all PCI devices in your system.
