Exclamation Help wiht permissions

As I can change the permissions a partitions one mounted to acces of graphic way like a user no-root, for example...

i have a partitions mount in /mnt/WinXP, but i accses only root by console, now if i can acces wiht a user not-root mode graphic in nautilus it throws a messenge "The content of the folder could not be show, it does not have the permissions sufficient to see the content of WinXP..

Please post the output of 'ls -ld /mnt/WinXP' and of 'mount | grep WinXP'
