help! urpmi.removemedia -a wiped all my rpm indicator files in mandrake control cente

in trying to configure my mandrake 9.1 for urpmi, it was suggested i use the command urpmi.removemedia -a, so i did. resulting in no rpms being listed when i go into mandrake control center to install, upgrade, or remove files. yikes! anyone know how i can restor this?

much appreciated!

I think there's a program to reinstall the default software sources. I'm just trying to remember it.
Anyways I can walk you through the reinstallation of the sources(it's happened to me before and I forced myself to work it out).

Okay here we go.
1. Insert cd1 and go to software sources manager. From here we need to determine How many discs you have and the contents of each disk.
2. Click on add and then choose the removable device option. The path to the cd1 rpms
should be /mnt/cdrom/Mandrake/RPMS
3. For the path to hdlist enter ../base/hdlist1.cz
4. This is for the first cd, the rest of the cds are the same, you musn'y put the other cds in though for each entry, keep cd1 in.
hdlist1.cz is for the directory RPMS
hdlist2.cz is for the directory RPMS2
and so on.
Hope this will help you be victorious.
