HELP UPDATING E200i driver DURING SUSE INSTALL

Folks,

I have to update the Smart Array E200i driver for my Suse 9 linux install on a hp Proliant dl360 to continue (and recognize the harddrives).

I can only find instructions to make a floppy diskette using rawrite and dd. I cannot find any instructions to burn a CD. cpq_cciss-<version>.sles9.x86_64.dd.gz

I can use a CD only. How to burn the cpq_cciss-<version>.sles9.x86_64.dd.gz driver on a cdrom so I can use it to "load driver" during the suse installation.

There is an rpm file of the same driver too, but how do I get the binaries on the cd so that suse installation disk 1 would load the drivers.

Thanks for any ideas
spk
