That doesn't look like an error to me, just some snippets of html code.

Where are you seeing this? Why do you think there's an error?

what distro and version are you running? Does this occur when trying to run updates? Is your internet connection working? Your /etc/apt/sources.list maybe the problem. It maybe something it maybe nothing, without more info hard to tell.

Only the last picture is readable. The message says that a repository definition is incorrect:
Code:
http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu xenial Release
My knowledge of apt is sketchy, but here is a line from my Ubuntu system:
Code:
deb http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/ xenial main universe restricted
I conclude that the Release word in your repo definition is incorrect. Check /etc/apt/sources.list and /etc/apt/sources.d/*.

Hi,

it's a little hard to understand the problem from those screen shots. So that we can really know what the problem is please run the following commands in a terminal, and cut and paste the output into you post withing [code] tags*.ode

Code:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
for f in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list ; do echo $f; cat $f ; done
[ -f /etc/apt/sources.list ] && cat /etc/apt/sources.list
Evo2.

* See https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...do=bbcode#code for information about [code] tags
