HELP! SUSE 9.0 and WinXP

Ok, Please dont flame me

This is my first journey into Linux, and I am having some issues with the bootloader showing XP as an operating system.

I have XP installed, then I installed SUSE 9.0, but alas, it is not showing XP in the bootloader and I have no clue on what to do to make the necessary changes to allow XP to boot as well,.

Can someone help me?

Thanks.

During installation, which bootloader did you choose? Just edit the bootloader's configuration file to add XP.

I used Grub I believe.

I am not sure how to edit the configuration file, that is my question.

I think the file in SuSE is /boot/grub/menu.lst. Add these lines:
Code:
title Windows XP
root (hd0,0) #XP is on hda1 (in grubeese)
chainloader +1 # Load first sector. Note the space between 'r' & '+'
boot
