Help setting up a shared calendar using Lightning

I am trying to set up a shared calendar for my office using webdav and the Lightning application of Thunderbird. I've tried a few different things and I can pull information from the server(which I put there manually with winsp3), but can't create any new information or calendars. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to help. I'm not the best with any of this, but let me know what information you need (and probably how to get it because I'm still learning). Thanks in advance.

have you checked this setup?

http://block.boesch.be/index.php/200...ng-and-webdav/

sound like you don't have permissions to write in the webdav server

maybe this will help:

I'll take a look at those files.

This is actually what I've done in my config file to try and get it to work thus far.

Alias /dav/ "/var/www/html/dav/"
<Location "/dav">
DAV on
<LimitExcept GET HEAD OPTIONS PUT>
Allow from all
</LimitExcept>
</Location>
